Investors Gurukul provides platform for Tenants to make their issues/concerns heard by owner with fully automated process. It helps in escalating any concern or issue to the owner within minutes. Owner then can take suitable action to address the issue. In case Investor Gurukul is Property Manager, then representative of Investors Gurukul will be assigned the task of resolving the issues with set Service level agreements.
